Hang in there Bob. I know it’s not the same as physical presence but try video chat with your friends and family. Talk to people about how you are feeling. It will help.

You can always talk to someone at this number, anytime.

Thankfully Blue Cross waived co-pays on mental health services, so I’m able to have phone appointments with my therapist more often, but it’s still rough. I keep trying to focus on different creative pursuits, but I just suck at them so badly. It seems like even more of a waste of time than just getting fat on the couch binge watching tv.

Those 75,000 would be lost to the response to Coronavirus.

We control the response. And we are fricking that up by not allowing businesses to reopen.

Try to get outside for exercise. Go for a drive. Get on a Skype or zoom meeting with friends and family.

We’ve been doing zoom happy hours weekly. It’s been a big help for me. I was feeling really isolated as well.

Now is the time to invest time in yourself. Keep to a schedule. Get dressed and shave every day. Find a good route for a walk, and try to keep your steps up.

We will get out of this insanity and back to normal before you know it.

IM me if you need someone to chat with.

Maybe starting off you do, but you'll get better. No one starts off at the top of their game.

Hang in there man. Thoughts and prayers to you and I pray you make it through this. As someone who has been through dark times with addiction, just know that as they say "this too shall pass".
