It is hilarious how you refer to “science” as if it is an entity.

as if all of "science" is in agreement with his numbers

the scientist that Rogan interviewed had his worst case scenario projections at 500k

because it is how we are tracking deaths

or are you implying that we have had more deaths? I'm confused

I'm implying that "40 deaths in a week" is disingenuous. Particularly when over half of them have come from one nursing home.

2nd question: Why do you always need people to explain things to you?

Common sense.

My fact is that his "fact" isn't a fact. You've already admitted it isn't as well, so what is your point here?

Only thing that concerns me about this drive through testing is that so many people who have no symptoms will go get tested and waste test kits.

Now that I think about it, I think I read yesterday that this lab that is already doing drive thru testing in Birmingham requires either a doctor's order or they have a doctor there who will evaluate you to see if you need testing. So no one can just abuse the testing.

Ok. So I guess we could have had more deaths then? And yeah, it hits old people hard. We all know that.

Because your point is unclear.

My comment was just to the retard that implied we would only have 100 deaths by summer. I think any unbiased person realizes that is extremely unlikely.

And I still think that is way overshooting, but that is just my “opinion”, and I don’t claim it to be a “fact”.

How about no one guess or make speculations based on “not facts”?

Well it’s kind of the epidemiologist and infectious disease experts jobs to guess what will happen, that’s how you make preparations. You make the same guesses on limited information every day.

That’s kind of an unreasonable request don’t you think?

What “not facts” are being used?

Stop beating around the bush and just roll with mr. perfects's 1.6 million US deaths as a fact.

If the virus has been here since January 21st, the US has 40 deaths in 7 weeks, not 1.

I have no idea how many people will die and I don’t care to guess. All we can do is take the next best step based on the information we have.

My entire point is that you don’t have any more facts than Mr. Perfect, so you being so sure you know what the outcome will be sounds just as ridiculous. Even more so since you don’t study these issues for a living.

nicely picked o/u

right around outside date of vaccine.

its obvious that since the horse is out of barn, its going to spread like wildfire and overwhelm the medical system.

if trump has epiphany this weekend we may get control.

There's no way to verify the mortality rate at this point. It's all guesses.

The over the top reaction by officials is to control hysteria because most of our population are idiots.

In two weeks when thisproves to be overblown, they'll still take credit for "stopping" it.

Well yeah, it took some time to get things rolling.

I'm still unclear as to what you are arguing with me about unless you believe that we will have less than 100 deaths by summer?
