corona virus containment in south texas

yesterday SXSW cancelled this years event in Austin for fear that crowds may transfer corona virus. this is a huge hit to the local hotel/restaurant/entertainment community as they loose 40-50- million dollars in revenue. the liberal city government had issues comparing sickness to revenue.
last night, I rode the Harley to the Rockport/fulton oyster festival. best crowds I have seen in 20 years. inoculation to the corona virus was provided by great oyster, large glasses of draft beer and a great country western band. some headaches reported this morning but no one had a fever

Thank God they won't lose that much money!

I would sleep better at night if Austin was wiped out.

Just got home from Oyster Fest, without a doubt the biggest crowd ever for a Saturday. Had my share of Shiners while listening to some Moe Bandy.

Grew up with the oyster fest. One of my best friends family is the main reason it was successful back in the 80s and 90s. LE Casterline set records for shucking oysters and won championships across the US and left a legacy right there in Fulton.

lined up against him in a tackling drill, he had the ball I was 6' 98lbs free safety. Didn't end like I had hoped.
