I absolutely did, talk to them every single day.
Most incels will never understand the child creating/raising process. Good thing you have people here to inform you.

If they're saving up to purchase, they're likely paying rent in an apartment. When we moved in 2020, our mortgage was almost $300 a month less than our rent. Rent at the townhouse/apartment we were at has gone up close to $700 a month post-COVID.
Well, the good news is that rent prices are trending down, but not as fast as they should be.
Most rental units are owned by individuals, and a lot of them are being hard-headed, hanging onto Covid rent prices.
I have a rental unit that will be vacant soon, and I know I have to lower the price on it by at least $100 per month based on comparables I have been looking at.
I always live by a fast nickel is better than a slow dime, though.

That doesn’t mean you raised them and you’ve admitted as much

So it’s in the ghetto
No. Not at all. It is right by McNeese and in the Barbe school district.
The ghetto here is Gossport, and I don't flip houses there.

Youve always been an anal retentive incel. I figured out how to end my own dysfunction.''
I could tell you how to end yours too, but you lack the testosterone.

You may want to look at the surrounding neighborhood of the one that is 15% less than $250k
Unless of course, you think the average dual income young married couple SHOULD be living next to this

They tried to sell us all kind of shite in the 70s and 80s when we were kids, we just didnt have the money for it because we had better priorities.
Tends to happen when you have to start working when youre under the age of 10 and understand tradeoff.

Its more the overpriced college degrees that all the "good" progressives have jacked up 500% in the last 20 to 25 years since I graduated.
No kid graduating with $100k in student debt will be thinking about home ownership until (at least) their mid 30s.

There are far worse things than being poor. Like being an anal retentive incel.
We managed, you would have died.
