Ok. so on principal you would not hire an Uber driver that thinks marijuana laws should be enforced?

Use some common sense.
Pertaining to what?
Also, why does my stance on this put so much sand in you, WGDawg, and RoadGator's vaginas? Its like I have offended you assholes or something.

Did your friends, the passengers, engage in the consumption of alcohol or banned substances that night?
They don't sound like good witnesses to me.

This is where I disagree.
A lot more cops should sign up to become uber drivers. They can pick up underage students on their way home and cite for either MIP or minor in consumption. It's an untapped market for additional revenue. If uber is killing the DWI racket, this is a great way to make it up.

*To the drunk couple in the back
I am just going by what I was told. This story could have been over-stated, under-stated, completely accurate, or completely made-up. I am just going by what the people who were there told me.

Minors can't get credit cards. This is going to be a problem without the help of shitty parents.

Bc nobody has ever drove drunk at 5pm.

I've actually been in numerous situations where the driver didn't participate.

My question is, does his actions seem unethical to anyone else to be doing police work when you are driving folks around for money?
no
the cop was on his own time and radioed in what he thought was suspicious behavior.
how is that any different than an off duty cop who is eating dinner with his family doing the same?

The discussion might come across to you as an attack. But you keep saying stupid shite. I can't help myself.

will you answer? I want to make sure I understand. On the principal that you think it should be legal you would not want an Uber driver that would report someone using marijuana?

This is dumb. What do you want me to say, yes? Yes. Now proceed with your rebuttal of how I am so stupid. 99.9 perecent of the time, the driver and the passenger aren't going to have a convo about opinions on whether mj should be legal or not. Do you think I am going ask them that before I enter the vehicle?

Underage college kids certainly can. There's no shortage of drunk college students.
