After watching the video, the use of deadly force is a little rediculous.
No mace or taser available?

No dummy the cop by his decision to knee the guy's face in to the concrete escalated it from resistance(again look at the pictures!!!!!) to a fight.

That is not an opinion that is a FACT

The real reason this continued is because the limp wrist pussy that talked on video instead of being a man and a citizen and help the cop out instead of fricking telling him he is in an aggressive stance!!

Why should the citizen risk bodily harm by jumping into a street fight? Let the cop and the guy he is fighting settle it...

I have no idea what you are talking about but for your benefit I re-hosted the images on imageshack and switched all the urls. If you still see porn links it means you have a virus

The cop will relive this for the rest of his life. There is always the ability to second guess him but I won't because it wasn't me on either side of the fight. I probably would have kept distance and waited for backup. The guy was clearly out of control and violent even before the cop got involved. But, again, it wasn't me making the decisions. It's different when it's me.

That was a clean shoot. Fire fighter resisting (not allowing himself to be handcuffed) was the root cause for the impending struggle.

So what caused it go from a guy resisting being handcuffed to a life and death struggle?

They were in a fight. After the cop kneed him in the head, the guy did what he had to do to defend himself. Once the man was on top of the cop and in control of the altercation, he should have stopped there

I don't see the cop trying to beat the guy (knee in the head) I see a cop trying to gain control of someone resisting arrest.
You didn't watch the video.

There was no extra control to be gained by kneeing the guys face in to the concrete and if you watched the video you would see that cop's decision to knee him is exactly what made him lose control.

He should not have been in a fight with the cop.

All he needed to do was lie on his stomach and put his hands behind his back. Had he done that I don't think he would have been 'kneed' in the head.

If the policeman had a gun, evidence indicates he was not quite in control of the situ.

There was no fight until the cop decided to knee the guy in the head.

That cop has to live with the fact that he got man handled and his only resort was his pistol.

On the video he CLEARLY was not complying with the commands. Had he submitted in the fashion we have all seen 1000's of times in person and on TV he would be alive. It is not that hard to comply.

You think the cop was telling him to stay on his knees and prevent me from handcuffing you?
