Hardin was watching adult pornography on his personal cell phone in the patrol car at Woodward Park in Camden while rubbing the front of his pants, according to an incident report.
The report went on to say he then got out of his car with his penis out of his pants and stroked it twice. He then went into the restroom of the public park to finish the act, according to the report.
