pictures of car in relation to workers etc
then closeups of debris on car
get two more estimates, present all three and have them choose...actually email it to the office, don't confront the workers
you may want to delay sending the estimates til after the concrete work is done.
I would have parked it down the block a bit.
crap happens man...a neighbor has a lawn service come by once a week, and that day I'm parked in the alley, the lawn guy is blowing rocks and debris and some is hitting my car, and I had to get the guys attention, which was primarily focused on his job, and not taking care to cause damage...just mumbles sorry and moves on, doesn't show much concern...
and so it goes
