You'd waste a lot of driving trying to avoid traffic. It's only like 8 miles from 635 to 45. Not to mention, if it's the afternoon rush when 75 gets bad, 635 east is 100 times worse.

He could technically use 635-Texpress to US75 and avoid Garland and Mesquite like you recommended.

I use 35 sometimes!

Like once a month when I go to the office.

Mr. fancy pants here.

I can't wait for us to move the Las Colinas office to the Plano Office. I avoid it ALL.

Well he was saying that about going 75 to 45. Texpress wouldn't help if you're already on 75.

Outside of the tollway and I30 going west, there's not much major construction in Dallas. The new proposed 635 tollway going east just got scrapped. 75 has been done for some time. Minor stuff on 175 going to I20. 35 express lane is done. Still working in Denton on 35 though.

I'll gladly take a city/area that recognizes the need for expansion or ramp fixes and actually works to improve them.

For sure, the 183 project will be nice when it is complete as well. I took 114 the other day through Las Colinas, it's coming along as well. They don't do the lame shite like add 1 lane. They just re do the whole damn thing and make it huge. I love it.

Yeah. It makes it a pain in the arse during the project, but it makes damn sure they won't need more work in 2 years.

You pass me every time you take that route lol. I watched the 114 toll lane be built from my office.
