I know of three teachers who, over the last few years, became probation and parole officers.
It’s a natural move. They used to teach ten year olds. Now they supervise forty year olds who just act like ten year olds.

Do some serious thinking over Christmas aka “winter holidays “
Keep positive about your current position. You have income, earning benefits and have health care.
Something happened to cause you to reconsider change of careers - it may not be the current career that caused it.

Post WWII lots of men with military service left teaching to become supervisors in chemical plants and refineries.

I know a few guys that do this, 2 do great and 1 does not. Seems success lies with relationships with realtors. They just work off of referrals.
