You don't even noice those groups there. You just live your life like anywhere else.

Springs is definitely lacking for single life. If you want more head closer to Denver, Boulder, or Ft Collins.

Springs puts you closer to the mountains and a great place to raise a family. You only live an hour from Denver and 90-120 min from skiing.

CS does sometimes lack cutrural arts but like I said Denver is an hour away.

The cost of living in Denver has exploded with the weed boom.

You can still find areas close enough to enjoy Colorado and a short drive or Uber ride into downtown Denver.

We've had three houses listed in our cul-de-sac during the past three or four months. Every one was sold within a day or two. In one case, the sign went up on a Tuesday with an open house scheduled for Sunday. On Thursday, the open house was canceled. "Contract pending" placed on the sign. It's been that way since I came in 2014.
