Why don’t we just keep it simple and start with the I-10/12 corridor? They can’t even manage to send a crew with a dump truck to pick up busted truck tires and roadkill. That’s what people see when passing through, looks like dogshit.

Maybe so. But he's a funny a-hole. And I can appreciate a good funny a-hole every once in a while.

I don't go and talk to him but I work right there so I see him pretty regularly. If i have my doors off I'll usually say hi, laugh at his shirt and give him a little bit of change out of my change cup.
He's literally the only homeless dude I give money to. And only because he at least makes me laugh. The rest are all "woe is me can I have a dollar please. God bless"
This dude is straight Savage and honest and I like that. So I reward him with a few counts towards his next tall boy.
