no bitch...i would rather propose solutions that actually work and do not interfere with the freedom of individual choice nor the freedom to conduct business how you deem most effective.

i am very veyr open minded to others ideas. but doing something that is very very clear will not work(also proven not to work) and that also restricts freedom sure as frick isnt a good idea
i sincerly hope you do not vote nor are you in any form of management because you clearly lack critical thinking skills.

Let’s worry about our kids health so they can grow up and get shot in a drive by shooting that we won’t admit happens.

They know what is best for us. They are trying to protect us. Obey. Obey.

IF you have a link to this guy supporting dry counties, you might have a point. I'm guessing you don't have that though.

Find me someone who supports these in this thread.

no, im a libertarian....i will never agree with any policy that
interferes with the freedom of individual choice nor the freedom to conduct business.
period, end of discussion, ever. and no where in my suggestions did i say anything that would do anything of that sort.

That's why I can never go with the full Libertarian stance.
Stuff like being allowed to market heroin to children or arguing whether their should be an age of consent is the fringe shite that I can't totally buy in on.

I don't know a libertarian who supports that.

Agree, most Libertarians want some government overreach.
Their appetite is just a lot less than others.
That's why it is hard to make a definitive statement like 777 did without qualifiers.

Since children are unable to consent to most things, I wouldn't consider an age restriction on heroin to be "overreach."
Posted on 1/7/22 at 11:06 am to RogerTheShrubber
Ah, what is your age of consent limit?

They really can't be that dumb. The illegal nature of anything doesn't stop its use. This is just political pandering to Karen.
Prohibition doesn't protect anyone. The original prohibition proved that, but we haven't learned a thing.

We drank the crap out of sugary drinks when I was growing up and almost none of the kids I knew were fat.

no libertarian supports these things.
1) should herion be legal? yea cause who the frick are you to tell others what they can put in their body. and yea...prohibition has never and will never work so long as there is money to be made
2) age of consent has never been part of any libertarian platform
and to be clear im more of a very strict constitutionalist or a america first libertarian.

you are still dumb and lack critical thinking skills.

It would undermine your philosphy of restricting freedom to acknowledge.

Absolutely not.
Are you really trying to equate prohibiting soda to prohibiting heroin?

doesnt matter if its the right thing to do, the unintended consequences etc
What are the unintended consequences of banning soft drinks from kids' meals?
Not some slippery slope that you think will come from this, but this decision in a vacuum.

Because we were physically active.
We didn't even have a TV. Played outside all the time. I would stop and drink a grape Nehi after baseball games, never had a weight issue.
"Banning stuff" is popular among Democrats because they're terrified to blame themselves for their own or kids obesity.
