Spit on your shirt and let it soak for an hour and a half. After that time is up, rub on the stain for 30 more minutes. Should be good after that. Spit has special lubricating properties for food particles, they have to in order to keep your teeth clean.

never put anything in the dryer until you get the stain out. there is a product called "stain devils" that has treatment packages for many specific stains. next time, use these and follow the instructions.
