Coach that provided alcohol and beat up student- coaching in same parish

Cliff notes: Sterlington HS kids call coach after running out of Booze, coach agrees, gets mad when State Troopers kid pukes on his driveway, beats his arse, is yelled at during interviewing by parent/state trooper, coach gets off very light, was teaching and coaching at West Monroe HS 4 months later.
Edit : tons of dirty/corrupt cops in this case as well

not surprising. Monroe's hick as frick and is a dumb, small, backwoods town that still holds high school football above anything else.

They probably felt like he wasn't a risk to be a repeat offended since all the football players at West Monroe are old enough to buy their own booze.

Well, I believe the only thing that happened in Monroe in this incident, was a State Police meeting.
Coach is at WEST Monroe, and the fight was in STELRINGTON.
They passed right over Monroe, though

They're all Monroe, same as Sulpher is Lake Charles, Broussard is Lafayette and Tioga is Alexandria

I’ll disagree with this, and I’m from none of the towns listed.
Mostly because West Monroe has established itself as its own entity entirely with dominant football program, tourist influx, tons of restaurants, hospital, etc.
People from West Monroe have no reason to ever go to Monroe at all, can’t say the same for everywhere else

Your statements are foolishness. Monroe is like Country Club of Louisiana compared to West Monroe. Monroe, Louisiana zip code 71201 is the 27th richest zip in the entire state. WM didnt even make the top 50.
