I’m no lawyer, but this sounds like a whole bunch of bullshite to me. Regardless of what you sign, either you are or you are not the father....it is simply not a choice you get to make. If a woman signs something saying she is the mother even though she has never been pregnant, could you be forced to pay child support?

Yes if you signed the birth certificate or anything admitting you’re the father you are responsible.

I’ve seen where a woman was getting child support from her ex husband (name on birth certificate and married when child born) and from the biological father (skank cheated).

Judge said one had legal responsibility and the other had biological responsibility to the child and woman

I bet he'll have to continue paying support. Stupid to sign anything without test results. The court cares about the child getting support and could not care less about his dumb azz. He probably won't repeat this mistake again.
