If disliking a racist cop makes me liberal, then so be it . Are you OK with racist cops?
I, for one do not think anything should happen to the cop. It was his personal cell. He's free to use is racist remarks there.

what defines a 'racist'? someone who makes a non-PC joke or someone who ACTS on that racism either through violence or other means of oppression?
eta i also find it interesting that CNN failed to disclose the entire text conversation..just cherry-picked his responses. did he initiate the conversation? were all of his friends making comments and he joined in? what was the full context of these texts?
