I was talking about the 13.99M threshold. You can easily hit that in a lot of areas and not be a land barron.
And I am not talking Cali, I can think of 3 areas just in LA where you can hit that or close to it with 500-1000acres of land.

Truth.
I eat Carnivore and started back in 2021. Was common to get briskets for $2.99 a lb, ribeyes on sale for $7.99 a lb and tbones cheap.
Them days are gone like the dodo bird.

I'm no expert, but I do wonder how suburban development hurts #s. Mainly being able to compare over the years. Like many places there's lots of what was farm land 15-20 yrs ago are now homes.
Obviously transportation, and less farms close to cities could increase #s and head of cattle.
Not sure how much the MX beef embargo right now effects these #s either.
