I don't have the nerves to watch it again, but did anyone see if they were wearing parachutes? I am gonna tell myself they were that way it doesn't seem quite as terrifying.

The part at the very end where they both stand all the way up at the top without bracing their hands on anything made nauseous. At that height, it would be nothing for there to be a quick strong burst of wind and blow them right off the top since they weren't holding on to anything.

yeah I couldn't believe the dude stood up at the very top. great ending to a badass video.
As far as them getting caught and being punished, it would suck to be the poor sob on ground level going about my own business to be killed by one of these dudes who fall. So I could see punishment being somewhat necessary.
