not really, actually not at all, I pay a flat fee to my cleaning lady and she's here about 8 hrs. no matter what, the less superficial stuff(that we do every day anyhow,) that she has to do, the deeper cleaning she gets into, like organizing closets, scrubbing baseboards, windows, etc. she keeps this place in pretty good shape, and even makes tamales for us around Christmas time

Are we talking about putting stuff away/in there place (putting kids toys away) or actually vacuuming/mopping? We do the former, but not the latter.

You may think you are getting a clean house for the price you agreed to but you are getting a set number of hours of cleaning service for the price you agreed to. They have another job to go to before or after your house.
If they spend 30 minutes doing your dishes or picking up laundry off your closet floor, that's 30 minutes less on the hardwoods, bathrooms, or dusting. All the shite you are actually paying them to do.
Get that shite out of the way.

I'm paying them to clean toilets and shite, not dust. The ol' lady will do the easy stuff. Pay the feeble old granny trying to raise her grandkids to do the grunt stuff.
