Pretty much any of your bigger chain hotels lobby restrooms are going to be clean. We've utilized those numerous times. I pretty much just go to the desk if I have too and ask if its OK if my kids use their restrooms. Haven't been told no yet!

Now you have to watch some chain hotels now.
There are some in Houma that are full for and stop you at the entrance to their lot preventing you from going in.

Circle K Jennings - about a mile south of I-10. Great squeegees as well.
