Phoenix/Scottsdale has the hottest cougars for sure. Definitely the hottest women aged 40-50. I think Dallas/FtW is high up there for cougs too.
Orlando is top 5 for hottest normal women aged 20-32. Also on the normal women list would be Costa Mesa, Austin, San Diego, and Santa Clara.
20s > 40s, so second list is the real one. More interesting would be a cities with hottest women by age list.
Not sure which cities have the hottest 30-40 year women, distribution seems consistent across the board if you only look at major metropolitan areas.

With all due respect, while SoCal > NorCal in general, there are pockets bewteen San Jose and San Francisco that are just as dense. But yeah pretty much everything LA to SD is money.

Per capita I'd throw Boca Raton in there. South Florida as a whole is pretty stacked.

Can't say for Phoenix but Scottsdale has the most talent I've ever seen.

the common thing that most of these cities with the "hottest women" is that they are mostly transient cities in that most of these women gravitate to them for various reasons, WPB is loaded with hot women, also loaded with a lot of shallow gold digging sloots too, not saying that in a disparaging way
