Oh C'mon man! I would love to see me some Mike Zim doing C'mon N' Ride It (The Train) "Wooowoo" and go eat some Waffle House across the river. Mrs. Glenda was the waitress maybe? i know Pam was the cook

I'm just fricking with him. That's a running theme for YEARS. Even recently when he was doing gigs around BR in last few years I'd request NOTHING but Stevie B, Johnny O, Noel, Lil Suzy, etc.

Were you around the night I tried to launch a 2x4 across the Tiger parking lot in to a truck window as the guy sped away but it fell about 42 feet short and through T-Roys windshield?

Done. You owe me a beer at wherever Slam's doing a gig again. Btw, Slampickles. Did you stop going gigs or you delete your DJ page?

I have no recollection of that event. Was it his blue ford mustang convertible (I think that was the make/model)? I don't remember the dates when i quit hanging around.

And, iirc, there were two T-roys, and one was prior to my time.

Sure was. Smashed the windshield and dented the hood. Cops came and witnessed me promising to pay for it to be fixed in order to not be charged with crime and Todd and Troy let me off the hook on that part. I was in the Tiger every other week making payments to Troy that Winter of 93-94.
He never did fix the hood that SOB. Don't blame him though.

There used to be a darker skinned guy that worked there, not sure if he was Pakistani or Indian, nice guy. would also always see him at the parade grounds doing jujitsu.

I became pretty good friends with the guys who worked there... I would occaisionally go up to their apartment and we'd chill, smoke hookah, eat middle eastern food... lots of rice/dates/fish/etc.

The fish was always good... the problem with the authentic Middle Eastern fish prepared in the Middle East is the quality/cleanliness of the fish before it's cooked... I got STUPID sick one time in Iraq from fish caught in the Tigris
