I thought that was interesting as well. They obviously know who they're looking for but don't want to officially release a name. At least that's my assumption with it being that exact.

Speculation. Normally during a high casualty occurrence it is not immediately reported. Had it been 1 or 2 I think you would have heard.
The pastor was shot and with him being in the front of church he was probably killed. If I had to bet he then walked down center and sprayed the pews that people were taking cover. Only speculation.
