I do! I think about the penalty I would pay for killing someone, and that is why I'm not a killer today. Believe me, there are many folks I killed in my mind!
So, yes, your take on it is simply bullshite!

She wasn’t tortured she was asleep and who gives a shite either way. Karma is a bitch. Roll her back when she’s stable. Third times the charm.

I do. There's about 160,000 murderers sitting in prison right now and only 2,200 are on death row.

We don't even know readily how many murderers got light sentences and have already been released from prison and are free to walk around free men.

Tennessee had their shot with their 18 year old murderer. They shouldn't get another one. Just commute it to life if there is anything left of her to commute.

Welp, sucks to be them. Maybe tell them to try not killing someone in cold blood and they won’t ever have to worry about how many times the state will need to execute them.

Tennessee should be ashamed of itself. Lindsay Clancy could have gotten the job done in 5 minutes with a simple exercise band.

If you’re looking for a case where exculpatory evidence was withheld by the prosecution and the defense was too dumb to ask for it

For a capital conviction go with Alvarez in Texas.

That one took about 20 seconds to find.

You found two possible "technical" violations of procedure.

I was talking about cases where an innocent person is convicted of murder.

This Alvarez case, not trying to be critical, but that's just a stupid case to bring up to try to disprove my statement that innocent people are not being convicted of murder and sent to death row.

This guy was guilty as shite.

quote:

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit has affirmed the denial of federal habeas relief for Juan Carlos Alvarez, a Texas death row man who argued that ineffective legal representation

quote:

According to the Fifth Circuit, Alvarez was charged in 1998 with capital murder for his participation in two separate shootings.

quote:

The court further detailed that in the second incident, both witness testimony and forensic evidence linked Alvarez to the murders. Court records state that witnesses told police they observed Alvarez loading firearms, leaving his residence with the weapons and later returning with blood on his clothing.

The appellate court noted that forensic testing determined some of the blood found on a recovered shotgun at Alvarez’s home matched one of the victims. In a statement to police, Alvarez admitted he drove to the scene with his weapons and acknowledged that gang members planned to murder someone that day.

Eye witness testimony, murder weapons traced to being his, blood on his gun came from one of the victims, and sounds like he basically confessed.

That's your 20 second google search to prove me wrong?

Maybe you should try searching for 25.
