The article refers to “the paper”…what paper? Who wrote it?
Then it references a “ An employee at the marine development authority of Qingdao’s Jimo district” saying fishermen were warned and “relevant authorities” were informed….
Why is this “news”? This is literally the equivalent of ladies room gossip.

I know this is a joke, however, i saw a video of a russian or maybe it was a Ukrainian soldier literally cutting the ball sack off a live enemy soldier while they had him hog tied. That is war and that should be everyones mental image when they say these things.
