If he’s capable of articulating why he wants the split, the judge will listen to him. I’m not saying that he will make a ruling based solely on the child’s statement, but it would definitely be taken into account.

They should live with both. You know, work out your differences for the betterment of the child.

I agree that happens a lot, but I guarantee you it is for quality of life. I forgave her long ago for what she did. That was for me. I wanted to move on and live my life to it's fullest and hanging on to anger over that was just going to hold me back. This is all about my son and him having every opportunity he earns through hard work and dedication.
