Why do you care about the child support anyway? Just do what's best for your son
Can't understand why people are downvoting this. My first wife was drugged out trash, and it took me 7 years to get custody (when she finally had an arrest for drugs). We had 50/50 custody, but I had him around 75% of the time. When I finally had enough on her to go to court, I offered to continue paying her full child support for what would have been over 10 more years with yearly increases (would have maxed around ($1,200/month) in exchange for primary custody. She refused. Went to court, I got my son, and she got nothing.
If I were you, I wouldn't ask for child support - not having to pay you would be more incentive for her to give you primary custody.

Your divorce decree should have a mileage stipulation stating the distant either parent can move away without having to re visit the agreement. Chances are, if she wants to move for no good reason and break the time or bond you have with your child, she will likely not win and get an adjusted amount of time with her child and, yes, likely will have to pay some child support, due to you having more time with the child.

Agree with big pun above. She will also still have to pay her share of the "other expenses" aside from also having to pay the CS tables amount.

So why does the court favor the mother 99/100 times? Doesn't seem objective if you ask me
And will this ever change or will the sjw's make it even harder for men

Good dads are at a significant disadvantage - I guess it will never change because too much money is made by the attorneys.
It is a shame though - and women can be downright evil and manipulative when it comes to alamony, child support and custody. At least 7 out of 10 times the mother wants custody is for that child support check.
It is a shame in today's society.
