I couldn't tell if that gentleman in the yellow jacket/sweater was helping the girl getting ganged up on or if he was also trying to hit her at the end when she chased the stroller-girl that kicked her in the face.

Two observations:
That baby isn't crying ( that I can tell on my phone) which makes me think this behavior isn't foreign to it.
There be a lotta free weave on the floor for the taking.
