Women that naturally have very light blonde hair do. Again though...many times the eyebrows are almost too light...and they use eyebrow pencils to better define their brows...which makes them look a lil darker. But...many blondes may not be "true" natural light blondes and get their hair lightened. Like myself....blonde as a child but got darker as I got older. Still "blonde"(but a very dark blonde). So these blondes will have darker brows.

That's the big thing, I think. I'm a natural blonde and my hair lightens up a lot if I've been out in the sun. My roots are always a little darker blonde but they do match my brows.

Hers aren't that bad but it does look weird when it's extreme.

If a girl did not have true blonde hair naturally as a child she should not try to dye her hair blonde. It does not look right IMO.
