McAdams have already been mentioned
My biggest one that the interwebs drools over that I think is downright homely is Natalie Portman. Weird mouth with bad teeth to gum ratio. Her lips look "rubbery" to me when she smiles. And like the two mentioned above, she has very prominent moles on her face that are distracting, to say the least.

Gisele needs a nose job. Her pics are so situational. Her body makes up for it but her face is different depending on the angle and how much it exposes her nose.
