This winter is going to blow her mind

The article references Groundhogs Day but I think it’s more comparable to 50 First Dates. This has to be a complete mindfrick for parents to deal with.

It would suck. But to be on the bright side, you can relive cool experiences like new all over again every two hours. Just have a list of stuff you like

What's the fricking point of going to school if she forgets everything she learned the day before?

If no new information is retained then it is pretty pointless.

Parents just using school as a babysitter

That's miserable. There's still such a huge mystery on what goes on in the brain.

Send her to Dr. Julian Bailes, Northshore Medical, Evanston, Illinois. LSU grad, former team doctor for the Pittsburgh Steelers, and one of the two men who discovered CTE. Also an all around great guy. Watch the movie Concussion if you want to learn more about him.

The article barely went into any detail. I can’t imagine it’s as bad as they’re trying to make it sound.

Horner carries no acquired knowledge with her at the start of the next two-hour cycle. She even has to carry around all her school supplies with her at all times because she doesn't remember where her locker assignment is.

What's the point of going to school? She's not learning anything and I would imagine the 2 hour cycle thing would create issues for her in public.
