I was somewhat involved in the Dallas development scene for a few years. Michael dell is throwing some serious money into projects there.

Same here bud. I see you’re from Haile. That’s a place you don’t hear about often. You might know a buddy of mine’s uncle J. Dollar. He owns a lot of stuff out there and Marion, Ruston, really all over that baw is loaded.

Don’t rush out to buy land based on this. We rarely place cable on private property it’s almost exclusively placed in public ROW.

Where we going? I’m not from there and he’s one of only a few guys I know that are from that area. Specifically haile that place isn’t even a wide spot in the road.

Makes sense, Dallas is in the middle of America where most commodities are found and it's a major airport hub.
