looks like a bad shoot.

cop had his gun trained on him, he could have waited a split second longer to confirm no weapon before firing with no danger.

Google it. I dont have the time at the moment. I really dont know. I just dont understand what parent let's a special needs kid play at 230 am on the streets of chiraq. Where 585 homicides have occurred this year already

I didn’t say attempted murder. I said he was involved in a shooting.

Is that a justification to be shot?

I dont think running from an officer with the gun you just shot is what I have in mind when I say complying

Stopping, and turning to an officer with a gun in your hand after you ran from him absolutely makes this a good shoot

They are humans, not cyborgs that can predict the kid was going to drop the gun

Why do you always try to find a reason for it to be the fault of the dead person that they're dead?

Oh, ok. Just checking.

Odd but ok. Why do you think the cop asked him to show his hands at all?

You turn to a cop with a gun in your hand after running from him, im blaming you, not the cop

No its not. Would you let your 13 year old roam the streets at 230am?

Putting "police should shoot anyone holding a gun in case they decide not to drop it" in my notes.

Well because the dead person is usually at fault for being dead

Thanks for the link, and if I said you said “attempted murder” my bad. I thought a poster did say that. This is a fricked up situation all the way around and I think the helicopter light did nothing to help

In America? Everyone is free to do what they want. It still doesn't give a paid policeman a free pass on shooting someone.
