You can have a bad shoot and a victim who was a shitty person with a shitty parent.
A bad shoot doesn't make the victim a hero (nor should it generate millions of dollars for the victim's family).

The older person in this video should be charged with murder. He handed the gun to the 13 year old to run away. If you watch the video around the 5 minute mark it shows the gun the 13 year old kid had, (that he threw).
