There used to be an amazing Indian restaurant in South Carolina in BFE.
I roll in there one night, get an amazing meal, and tried to make it back into Louisiana by dawn.
I must have had to stop to shite 14 times.
The guys riding shotgun were from north louisiana and North Mississippi. Those poor baws' stomachs had zero basis in spice to prepare themselves. They both rode the last 300 miles in the back of the truck with their bare asses pressed against the cold metal floor of the bed.

God damn I can't imagine how the cabs of those truckers cabins smell

Can’t say that the food appeals to me. Would try it though. The owner seems pretty cool and would enjoy having a conversation with him.

You've never tried Indian food? You're missing out

No I never have. Don’t think I’ve seen it offered. I need to get out more. Can you recommend me a place ?

Good stuff.... that said, if familiar with WY, nothing to stop a trucker from dropping trou and blowing up the highway shoulder behind his rig ... just carry a roll with you in the cabin haha

There are some long arse stretches on 80 with no places to stop
Gotta stock up when you get the chance even if it is nasty Indian food

Find a buffet, sample everything, especially the "butter chicken".
Southern Indian food is spicy, northern Indian is milder. Both are good. You will find more seafood dishes at SI restaurant and more milk based dishes at NI.
