If a paper towel is not dirty but just wet (drying bag off hands), I’ll let it hang dry and use it again later when cleaning countertops. Don’t think it’s the cheapest thing though.

tithing, insisting the 10% should be calculated on take-home income after taxes

When I used to go to church, they would say, in regards to tithing, the order of importance is:

1.God
2.Taxes
3.Family

I vividly remember a guest pastor screaming "If you don't pay your taxes, you go to jail! You don't pay your tithes, you go to hell!"

My grandmother was raising one of my cousins so she would go to the higher end clothing stores and pull off the GUESS triangles and the Girbaud patches and sew them on off brand jeans for her. She had stacks of name brand patches.

All of our towels are Marriott towels. We haven’t bought towels in a long time

This thread is like conversation at a family reunion. My family (extended) and my in-laws suck.

Haven’t done this but a great idea. When mailing a letter don’t put a stamp on it. Put the return address in the top left corner the address where you want the letter actually delivered. Put your address in the center of the envelope. Returned to sender for no stamp.

I tried this. Did not work. Mail man did not even take it.
