Cheaper hybrid bike suggestions

Looking for a decently priced hybrid bicycle and I haven’t shopped for a bike in years. Any suggestions?

Fuji and cannondale make some really cheap hybrids that are decent. ~$500

I have a Trek Verve 2 that I really like. got it at Capitol Cyclery for $400 last year. They also have the Verve 3 now which is supposed to have some upgraded components.

I've got a diamondback i picked up at dicks a couple of years ago. It's pretty good. About 325 or so.

I got a Giant Hybrid last year. I got it in commuter style so I added some weight. Was $640 but I got it for $500 because it had a small dent on the bottom of the upper bar.
I've put a lot of miles on it and it's a great bike.

My Trek Zektor 2 has treated me well. Same deal as you, got 100 off because of some minor cosmetic damage.
