My charter internet is working. It could be a localized equipment or cable failure.

The neighborhood is definitely out.
I have only internet through charter... I would never trust them with all my home services,
I was just wondering if system wide or not.

I only have Charter for internet and still clocking high speed. I-12 and lower 59
