At the end of the day, I’ll bet anything that this isn’t a pro,,,,a pro doesn’t miss a head/chest shot at 200m, doesn’t use a import older model 30-06, and doesn’t put himself in a position during broad daylight to be tracked by surveillance cams.

Crowder was the first to give an update this morning and says it came from an ATF agent. Some of the detail was corroborated by the official fbi report

It's probably just some college aged, white incel who hated everything Charlie stood for, and stole grandpa/dad's hunting rifle.
To me, the single shot and then running indicates that he just wanted to kill Charlie and wasn't looking to make some grandiose statement.
It seems like a mentally ill person or someone seeking noteriety would have created a mass shooting event and then committed suicide.
