As long as they don’t take the Alexandra daddario scene from True Detective, I don’t care.

All that crypto / NFT stuff is so brain-dead. "Let's waste a bunch of electricity finding numbers with some arbitrary property, so that speculators can trade them! It's for freedom, you know? The Fed is evil because they, uh, make up money out of nothing! Well, sure, they have a few hundred billion in gold, but do they have... you know, a bunch of graphics cards and fans?"
It's utter stupidity and it should be shut down like any other scam or illegal casino. And I wonder how much of that Texas electrical grid meltdown was due to get-rich-quick neckbeards mining Dogecoin in grandma's basement. Probably played a major role there.
Am I wrong in thinking that money has to have some kind of military backing the money. I thought the dollar was strong because the USA is so powerful.
I think back to when Saddam invaded Kuwait. I think Saddam rolled his tanks and infantry into Kuwait and took the gold and United States cash.

How can a video that's probably been saved by thousands of people become a non-fungible token?
I really don’t understand the concept of this NFT stuff with videos that are already out in the public realm

It's that, and also the tremendous amount of real estate owned by the federal government. The end game of our national debt is Indian families in tract houses at Yellowstone.

But what military does gold and silver have? They both hold a value that far exceeds their industrial use by orders of magnitude.

Never have seen this video before this post

Why does someone buying the NFT mean that the video has to be taken down? I don't think you get rights to the video when you buy an NFT.
