I have no doubt that he believes every word he utters or types because it came from him. He has so many people telling him that he's the most important person in this city that he's high on his own local "fame".
To show you how desperate he is to stay in the limelight, he even got himself arrested because the DOJ's AS announcement didn't bring him the national attention he was expecting. He showed up to the MC meeting with an entire team of photographers.
