Wrong board. Sad that masks have become political like everything else.

Not really surprising. Central residents by and large don't want to be lorded over by SWB. This will probably be pretty popular there.

This approach makes the most sense to me.

I just hope those persons who chose not to wear a mask are considerate enough to make sure their next-of-kin contact information is up to date with the police, neighbors and their doctors.

I just left Exxon at the corner of Bluebonnet and Airline maybe 20 minutes ago. About 9 people in the store and only one wearing a mask, including none of the employees. BR is going to be such a shite show trying to enforce that.

I will definitely find somewhere in Central to grab lunch as much as I can.
Will Broomehilda react?

David Barrow? As in the creepy math teacher that had creeper tendencies when I was in school?

THAT guy is the mayor of my hometown? Wow Central, never change.

Exactly. If you have 50% of the population that refuses to wear masks WTH can they do about that? If they shut it all down again they must know they are cutting off their nose to spite their face at this point.

We live in Central but shop Watson now.

Barrow had to make a statement because residents were threatening to shop in LP. He has released tax collection in April and May in 2020 has increased by 15% compared to 2019. COVID has made people shop local.

I live in Central too, just asking benefit of going to Watson
Especially since Oak Point is in both locations

The service at the one in Central has started to go down. I travel through Watson to my camp so we have started shopping there. Plus we do more take out with Watson restaurants too. Just seem to have better service there. Where I live in Central it is same distance to either Oak Point.

It is a choice.
