Glad they got one thing right ;)

Darth, I don't know how this devolved into childish name calling, but I was just stating earlier how WebMD is not correct with several things they said or were exaggerating/using hyperbole like they often do when it comes to interactions/risks with stuff.
CBD is relatively new to the medical community and WebMD waits until things are much further down the line to change their tune.

I don’t understand this. They didn’t have CBD oil way back in the day. Just man up and deal with whatever it is. Pussification of America

I’ll be honest, as I first said in this thread, I don’t know much at all about it. I hope it does prove beneficial. I may even talk to my doctors about it at my next visit.

THC and CBD combined is the best thing for my anxiety I've found.
frickin a. I wish TN had legal weed because a 1:1 Indica:CBD is what I've found works best for me. I don't particularly like getting stoned. I much rather a little body high with mind calming, which is what the 1:1 does for me. I take just straight CBD in the morning as work and weed don't mix, but I use the 1:1 in the evenings.

My wife and I both buy it from a reputable source, and it makes a lot of difference. She had scoliosis years ago, and back still gives her issues. CBD helps. My mom has arthritis and she swears it helps her tremendously.
The issue is fake/diluted stuff is everywhere. You have to have a reputable source. You can purchase CBD in Tennessee, where I'm at. But I still buy it online from a company in San Diego.

So it helps relieve pain?

You can look at any time period and say "they didn't have this back in the day! Man up!"
Well, I'll man up by not drinking or taking narcotics to relax at night before bed and go a healthier route.

This is where I personally won't say it has helped me. I've got some back pain from a bulging disc and it doesn't do much for me there.
I have heard it helps with nerve and joint pain for some, but I haven't experienced that personally. But aleve/advil don't really help me either, so maybe I'm just fricked.
Its definitely worth a shot as the risk factors are low. I know you're on some meds for a condition where your heart rate lowers, so definitely ask a doctor. CBD definitely "calms me" and a part of that is probably a relaxed heart rate.

The primary benefit I've come to find is related to inflammation. As opposed to blocking the pain, it actually helps reduce the inflammation.
Obviously there are other areas mentioned in this thread. But myself and those around me have had success with it specific to inflammation. I have a knee that flares up, and I will use CBD to help with it as well. It works.

Oh yea, it's not going to help with that. See my post above. Anything other than inflammation, I don't think it's going to help with.
Widely used for arthritis, though.

Damn. That’s what I was hoping it could help. I’ve got two bulging disc I’ve had for as long as I can remember and a broken tailbone that’s tortured me for over two years.

Can you two meet up at Sonic and settle this already?
