I have and did. I suggest you do the same. It absolutely does so. The caveat of "mother's health in danger" is so broadly defined even convenience can be a reason it is allowed. Add to that if the baby somehow escapes the womb alive during the process there is no care given to the child it can be (and usually will be) left to die.
