I have faith in the chef they brought in to re-do the menu, Dana Rodriguez. She has multiple successful restaurants of her own around town, Work and Class, Super Mega Bien, Cantina Loca. Looking forward to quality food at Casa Bonita for the first time in its history.

The damn toilets certainly had cliff divers and a show.
I kid, I kid. Would love to check that place out someday. Im sure the lines will be epic for the foreseeable future once it opens.

I am sure they will. Although the place is huge and moves people pretty quickly.
Just a warning, it isn't filled with the country club gentile crowd. You will see a slice of humanity in there.
