If you do this, and have not for positions higher than a shift manager in the past, I would highly recommend a recruiting firm that specializes in that industry. Sure, you'll pay more out of pocket for the first few years, but if it works out it would be well worth the additional sunk costs IMO

I would sincerely doubt you need any licensing to get manage the business, but you'd obviously need to hire qualified employees . The owner is just a hard working good ole baw who was insightful and saw where the industry was headed, and made strides to fill that gap in small towns.
