Car insurance

I know everyting is more expensive now but two years ago I paid right at 2k a year for my wife and I. Last year it went up to 2500 and now this year they want 3600. Is this where we are at now or are they trying to screw me?

They all do. But try progressive online, cheapest I found.

$3600 is about what I pay for wife and I in Louisiana. 250/500 limits with comp and collision.

It’s so odd that we are insured up to our neck but if you go to certain counties, hardly anyone has insurance and life goes on as usual.

It's where we are at; besides the usual Insurance bullshite and lies, it is true that repair costs have skyrocketed in the last couple of years due largely to supply chain shortages, etc.
