never go to a dealership for glass work. like the other guy said all they do is get a local glass company to come out and install it. and they charge a lot more

I would take it he dealer. Let some hack attempt to take the inside door panel off to replace the glass and you're likely to have more issues when you get it back. Some of those door panels can be a pain in the arse to remove let alone all the buttons and such that have to be disconnected when taking them off. It's a job for a dealer.

Dealership.
You might get a better deal somewhere else but I'd rather have the dealership stand behind it.
The same owner has both the BR & Metairie Lexus dealerships.
I've dealt with them for a decade with now issues.
