Fair enough and this is almost an analogy of the ALM/BLM war of words. But I'm saying, particularly and discretely, black folks were owned, traded like cattle, legally discriminated against and held out of large areas by the white majority. Those legal barriers didn't come down fully until the 1960s.

Bottom line - they're tough and adaptable. Pretending they're thin-skinned and fragile like glass is a myth perpetrated largely by pasty white soft intellectual progressives. A softly bigoted form of white supremacy.
